Request Account Deletion

To delete your Milo account and associated personal data, email support@milo.dating with the subject line "Delete my Milo account". Include the phone number or email address linked to your Milo account so we can identify it.

What We Delete

• Your Milo account profile and contact details.
• Profile photos, prompts, preferences, interests, and matching answers.
• Messages, discovery, matching, and account activity stored by Milo where deletion is technically and legally possible.
• Analytics identifiers associated with your account where reasonably possible.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, payment, dispute, security, or compliance reasons. Retained records are kept only for as long as needed for those purposes.

Timeline

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after we verify the account. If we need more information to verify ownership, we will contact you at the email address used for the request.
